Mgr. Tomáš Pelikán
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University (1998). In 1998-2005, he worked in the Prague office of the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, first as a junior lawyer, and, on passing his bar exams with honors (in 2002), as a senior attorney at law.
In his practice, he specialises on a long term basis in company law, civil and family law and litigation including criminal cases. Tomáš Pelikán came as the second based on an expert jury vote in the competition Lawyer of the Year 2005 of the epravo.cz company in the field of real estate.
In the field of company law, Tomáš Pelikán provided legal advice on a number of large mergers and acquisitions, including the privatization of large enterprises, purchase of companies from bankruptcy assets, company restructuring and other options of dealing with bankruptcy.
Tomáš Pelikán is a leading specialist in litigation, representing both large corporations and individuals before the court in civil, criminal (primarily white collar crimes) and administrative proceedings against public authority decisions. He also has vast experience with execution and insolvency proceedings.
As the legal counsel, he engaged in numerous transactions in law of finance, including transactions involving the issue of bonds, public offers of foreign funds securities, takeover bids and other securities transactions. When providing legal services to leading banks, insurance companies, brokerage firms and insurance agents, he drew on his long experience in syndicated financing, insurance, industrial plants and other bank transactions and insurance instruments.
Tomáš Pelikán is also the leader of the team focused on family law and provides legal services in matters of marriage, divorce, settlement of relationships to minors (alimony, care and contact with children disputes), settlement of marital property, preparation of marital and premarital agreements and related matters, on which he is a recognized expert.
Moreover, Tomáš Pelikán deals with housing law and real estate law. In this practice, among other things, he profits from his experience of active involvement in the board of directors of a housing cooperative, which he chaired for 12 years. Mgr. Pelikán also specialises on long-term basis in consumer protection law, on which he focuses in its extensive publications, and participates in expert meetings and international conferences.

Mgr. David Krofta
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in the spring of 1998. After graduating, he worked for the law firm JANÁK & ZEITHAML & spol. In 2001, he passed his bar exam with honors and in 2002, he became a partner.
He focuses his legal practice on several law areas.
In company law, he specialises in law of contracts and corporate law. As a legal counsel, he participated in the implementation of a number of mergers and acquisitions, both as a legal representative of party or as legal reprepresentative of financing bank.
David Krofta is also an expert in real estate law and investment law. He works closely on a long term basis with tax advisors and auditors, ensuring comprehensive protection of the client's interests with a regard to the economic aspects of a project and the project tax optimization. In addition, he has wide experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property rights, including copyright and trade mark law.
David Krofta has gained extensive experience also in civil litigation, where, apart from the broad regular agenda, he specialises in law of unfair competition.
Last but not least, David Krofta also deals with criminal law, working regularly in widely known lawsuits the criminal defense lawyer.

Mgr. Augustin Kohoutek
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno in 1999. He also completed a one-year study of international business at Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida. In 2000 - 2005 he worked in Prague office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Augustin Kohoutek specialises in mergers & acquisitions, aviation, information technology and sports law.
In his many years of legal practice, he has provided legal advice on a number of important international mergers & acquisition transactions in various industries (e.g. information technology, aviation, healthcare, logistics, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, etc.). His clients include major Czech and multinational companies.
Augustin has also for many years provided complex legal advice in the area of aviation law, including advice on all kind of aircraft lease agreements (dry lease, wet lease), sale and purchase of aircraft, aircraft maintenance, all regulatory and licensing aspects related to aviation and relations with tour operators and travel agencies.
In the field of information technology, he deals with all issues of Internet businesses and rights related to information technologies.
He is also active in the field of sports law. He provides advice to several top sports clubs and professional athletes.
He is fluent in Czech and English.
Mgr. Matěj Vácha
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. He also studied English law and European law through a two-year distance learning at the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree course in media science at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague.
