On February 5, 2016, the Czech Bar Association was determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic as a body of the alternative dispute resolution in the field of disputes between attorneys and clients/consumers based on the agreements on provision of legal services (according to the Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act, as amended).
